Happy Valentine’s Day!!!!
So…Today. hmmm… What can I say about today. was a day for risks. I saw my family, and my friends, and we just hung out and stuff. But at a night where everyone with with their loving someone, I went to Yoshinoya and ate alone. But there’s something I don’t get about Hong Kong guys.
Why is it, that some guys would take their girlfriends to Yoshinoya and have a Valentines dinner there. You already spent the effort looking good and getting flowers, A fast food Japanese restaurant is not the most romantic place.
Granted I understand that some times, finances are tougher to come by and stuff. But sometimes, that is even better. You know, get some food, go to a park and sit and eat. That’s romantic too. Nothing says that you have to spend a lot, but spend the right amount to make the night as special as you can. And not, just eat at a fast food restaurant.
If I was a girl, and I knew that my boyfriend was creative with what he had, man I would be a happy person. And totally respect. But if he took me to say, Cafe De Coral, I would be pissed. Having said that, on to our next topic.

So, I spent about 2 hours talking to my favorite 15 year old. Actually the only 15 year old I know. and we were talking about her Mandarin class. Today, her class exercise was write down the 5 things they disliked about the opposite sex… I was thinking, if I was a girl this is what I would say about mem.
1. Men never have tissues when people need it most. (Stop relying on Women.)
2. Men never admit they are wrong.(This is also true, you just won’t admit it)
3. Men are lazy. (Or else we would do more)
4. Men are useless at home. (admit it we can’t do shit)
5. Men complain about women’s vanity, but they are worse. (Don’t deny it)I love women, so things are cool with them…

Ah, Valentines Day… The day for the opposing sexes to make big fools of themselves. But I can’t really dog it too much- Everyone needs to be foolish sometimes, eh?

Could it be possible that some of these people had their first meal together at Yoshinoya? You never know! Considering that some people start being together at a young age.
and actually most restaurants are a ripoff on Feb 14. so as long there’s a consensus…. there you go. It’s a mutual process, deciding where to go.

i don’t really mind actually. as long as he’s willing to spend time with me. that’s enough. ~^^~
i personally think it’s really not the where that counts but the with whom that matters. having said that tho, i would be pretty pissed if my bf takes me to bloody KFC for valentines (and i’m not sure if eating it in a park would help) but that’s only coz he must be the most insensitive prick ever to not know that i dun eat chicken!! the least he could do is to spring for a Dai Pai Dong meal, which, if u think about it, can be pretty romantic in a “we’re skint but so in love we’re going to ignore those rats running around us” sort of way (kidding…. :p )
