  • Alright… So the cats seem to be getting better.  Honey never got
sick, and Puffy is all better from her cold now.  Potter seems to
have stopped gassing in his body and rejecting medicind food, but he
seems to still sneeze every now and then.  But it’s good, he’s on
the road to recovery.  So hopefully he will be fine by the end of
    the week.

So I spontaneously went to Sai Kung yesterday for dinner and it was
fantastic.  Went to this small Italian Restaurant called
Pepperonis, and it was awesome.  That food was good.

Other than the great food I walked around Sai Kung and it was
nice.  I have not been there for a long time.  You know it is
a nice place.  There is a lot happening  over there. Bars and
restaurants, there is just so much happening.

Anyway, I was super tired last night but I still ended up staying up till 2am… But I’ve had fun so it was agood….

  • Went home quite early into the morning and then slept only to have to
wake up and head to my mum’s for Lunch with a whos who list of
Educators, Doctors, and Lawyers…  From HKU, to Chinese U, to
Lingnan Unversity, I think the top 4 Major Universities were
represented.  I walked in and there was a list of People and their
accolades/ and what they represented amazing…

That was pretty fun though, the food was damn good and I enjoed meeting
the lot.  Lots of great minds in that room, and to speak to them
was an amazing expereience… I’m starting to really feel like being a
    journalist.

Then after switcing all my crap back to my Car, drove to HKU to take some Graduation Photos for Abbie, and a few with her too…

Then I headed to Mong Kok for dinner… And it was Japanese food
again… So good.  You know, I gotta say.  Though this
weekend was so eventful, the New Year came though without much
fanfare…  I think it was much better this year than it was last
yeat, cause New Years Day was a big deal again… (it should be) but
really it’s just a passing of a day also… so weird it has to be such
    a big deal…

Alright I won’t every update like this again… I apologise for all this crap…  I’ll do shorter entries again…

  • Saturday was pretty low Key… I was going to spend the whole day
preping for the night.  But nope.  Instead, I woke up to go
and watch fucking 3 hours of King Kong, which was not that good by the
way.  Peter Jackson is a wondderful director no doubt and his eye
for visuals are amazing, but the movie at too many parts looked too
Lord of the Rings, and also it dragged on for too long.  Though,
Kong vs. T-Rexs was cooo.  And too man silly things in the film.

Then off to Fat Angelos for dinner.  It was way too much food, but
it was awesome… Some people I know don’t like that place, but I think
it’s quite nice.  Definitely not at good as Little Italy’s
Amaronis but still I like it…

By this time I was ready to start partying and just get rid of the year.

So off to the brna dnew club Pi, in Lan Kwai Fong. Well… Behind Central Marks and Spencers.  Pi, or 3.14159265 is
a pretty happening and new place  I l;iked going there though it
was a little weird at first. cause there were not that many
people.  But as the night went and it filled up, it got cool.

I have to say that the DJ was absolute shit to begin with.  My
belief that 75% of all white DJs suck is real… though, there was this
white guy who followed him who played good music and was getting the
crowd into things.  The first DJ, had no transitions.  I
mean, every song ended and there was at least 10 seconds of
waiting.  That is a shit DJ.

But it was still fun.  I was with So many friends, and friends
friends.  Made some new ones, saw some old ones, and just ran
around the damn area looking for people I knew… It was great.

Wow what a super intense weekend.

It started with Work, Practice then two shows on Friday, and then it
ended with a New Year… I don’t think I really spelt the whole weekend
with all the crap that I had to do…

Ok first thing, Friday was nearly one of the most intense days I have
ever had.  Between having to feed my very sick and foaming after
taking his medicine cat, things were just geting more and more
    crazy.

Early on in the morning, I went Repulse Bay to get my Dad’s car fixed,
and after that, I had to rush to the airport to teach some drums to
some people.  More of that later.

Then after that, I rushed out of the airport to Mong Kok to practice
with Arnold cause we had two shows that night, and we stil needed
    practice.

One show at Quarry Bay, right underneath the office of CNN/Abbie no
less.  heh heh… and the other, is Cat Store. a restaurant/shop
that sells cat memorabilia and also lets you eat with cats sitting
    around you.

Ok the Quarry Bay show was pretty shit, I lugged my Roland set all the
way over there, just to play to 10 people.  Well there were a few
people around the bars and restaurants that habit Taikoo Place, but
what would they be doing listening to us.

Then we went to Cat Store, and that was different.  First of all I
played bongos the whole night, and just it was better.  People
other than a friend that I knew clapped, and just we had a much better
response.  Not to mention, some realy good free food at the end of
    the show from the restaurant.

Then it was off to Lan Kwai Fong for Drinks… And then go home at 4.

    To Be Continued…
