  • Can’t believe I missed a day.  And on the last day of my
holiday… Sigh… Oh well.  I think I am old enough to not be too
bitter for too long… But I almost did it…  It was my damn nap
that I took the other day that fucked it up…  But I digress.

I saw a great movie today called Glory Road, it’s about a Texas
Basketball Coah in the 60s, who put out the first ever Black starting
lineup and won an NCAA Championship, not to mention had the Majority of
black players instead of White players on his team.

Mind you, if you do not like Basketball that much, you may not like it
as much as I did, but the human element and the triumph over adversity
is a theme in all of us, and it was a damn good movie too.

My last day in San Francisco was nice… It was low key and it was
fun… Just what I wanted.  I got to visit Jonah’s school and met
his classmates.  I went downtown to eat lunch with and auntie, and
I came home and played with the kids… Not to mention watched Star
Wars: Clone Wars with them too.  Then watched Glory Road, and had
a nice steak dinner with Trevor and Karen…

It was a good end to a great Holiday.  I’m ready to go home.

    Jonathan from San Francisco Out!

  • The only bad part about Glory Road is that its completly unrealistic.  We all know that black people can’t play basketball.
